Boston Protests Immigration Order

Sarah Ijaz holds a sign of protest during a rally against U.S. President Donald Trump’s executive order delaying for 90 days the entry of people coming from seven Muslim-majority countries. The rally in Boston took place in Copley Square at the foot of the statue dedicated to Lebanese writer Khalil Gibran – who immigrated from Lebanon to Boston. Thousands attended the rally on Jan. 29 put on by the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) Massachusetts chapter.
