Support The BVNA
Dear Editor,
The Bay Village Neighborhood Association (BVNA) Fundraiser is coming up on May 8, and your help to make it a success!
One of the most exciting parts of the event is the silent auction, and we’re reaching out to ask you—our amazing community—to contribute items or experiences for bidding.
Not sure what to donate? Here are some fun ideas from our last fundraiser to spark inspiration:
• Curated wine basket
• Guided historical tour of our neighborhood
• Photography session
• Halloween spider-making party
• Gift cards, local artwork, homemade treats, unique skills or services you can offer—the sky’s the limit!
This fundraiser is more than just a great evening—it’s a vital way to support our neighborhood initiatives. From beautification projects and safety efforts to community-building events, your participation directly fuels the work that makes our neighborhood such a vibrant place to live.
Donating an auction item is a unique and meaningful way to get involved. It’s also a great chance to showcase your talents, share your passions, or promote your business—all while contributing to a good cause.
If you have an item or experience you’d like to donate, please fill out this form or if you’re not sure but want to brainstorm, please reply to this email by May 1st. We’d love to hear from you!
Thank you for being a part of what makes BVNA such a special community. We are offering complementary fundraiser tickets to our BVNA neighbors who are willing to help us on the night of the event with specific tasks.
