Nabb Annual Christmas Tree Sale:

The NABB Annual Christmas Tree Sale will take place on Saturday, Dec. 7 and Sunday, Dec.  8 at the Clarendon Street Playground and will feature fresh cut Balsam Fir trees from Maine. Local delivery will be available. Proceeds from the sale benefit the Friends of the Clarendon Street Playground and the Neighborhood Association of the Back Bay. Union Park Neighborhood ASSOC. Never Too Early to Celebrate Holiday Party

Join your neighbors for an evening of friendship and celebration in advance of the holidays. Enjoy delicious tapas, paella, churros, and much more prepared by the Masa chef as well as beer, wine, and of course, margaritas. The party will take place on Thursday, December 5 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Masa Restaurant, 439 Tremont St. This party is open to all neighborhood residents, businesses, as well as guests. Blackstone Franklin Squares Christmas Tree and Wreath Sale:

Join The Friends of Blackstone Franklin Squares for their Annual Christmas Tree & Wreath Sale. Stay for holiday music, refreshments, and Santa as they ring in the season. Pre-orders available till 11/30. The sale will take place at Blackstone Square (Washington St. and West Newton St.) on Saturday Dec. 7 from 10 a.m. -3 p.m. with the tree lighting to follow.

2019 Lighting of the Commonwealth Avenue Mall,

Thursday, Dec. 5 — 8 p.m.

Where: Commonwealth Avenue Mall, Approx. Location: 15 Commonwealth Avenue, Back Bay. Please join the City of Boston as we hit the switch and celebrate the lighting of trees up and down Commonwealth Avenue.

Boston Common Tree Lighting

The 78th Annual Tree Lighting on Boston Common will take place on Thursday, December 5 at 6:00pm on the Common, 139 Tremont St.

The Grand Boston Menorah Lighting!

The 1st Night of Chanukah is Sunday, December 22, and the menorah in Copley Square will be lit at 4 p.m. There will be a Live Berklee Music Ensemble, Menorah kits, Dreidels & Chocolate Gelt. Enchanted Trolley:

Blackstone Franklin Squares Christmas Tree and Wreath Sale: Join The Friends of Blackstone Franklin Squares for their Annual Christmas Tree & Wreath Sale. Stay for holiday music, refreshments, and Santa as they ring in the season. The sale will take place at Blackstone Square (Washington St. and West Newton St.) on Saturday December 7 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. with the tree lighting to follow. At 5:30 p.m., Mayor Martin Walsh is expected to arrive with Santa Claus and the Enchanted Trolley. The official tree lighting will take place after a short program with the elves and reindeer at 5:45 p.m. There will be caroling, children’s activities, free holiday photos and refreshments.

Young friends Winter Party

The Young Friends of the Public Garden willbe holding a winter partyat the Union Club on Friday, Dec. 13, from 6 – 9:30 p.m. for the second annual Winter Party brought to you by the Young Friends of the Public Garden. Join us and be merry! Come celebrate and support Boston’s historic greenspaces; the Boston Common, Public Garden, and Commonwealth Avenue Mall.
