It was a sea of colorful tulips in Library Park in the South End this week on Monday. As part of the renovations, Library Park was outfitted with thousands of bulbs that largely went unnoticed last year during the height of the pandemic surge.
This year, there have been more than a few additional eyes enjoying the colorful show put on by Mother Nature.
